Making a Complaint

Sometimes things go wrong and you feel that you want to complain about the work that we have done for you. There are three ways in which this can be done.

1.  By using our internal complaints procedure. We will do our very best to make sure that we resolve your complaint toyour satisfaction. You can download our complaints procedure here.

2.  If your complaint is about poor service from us and we have been unable to resolve your complaint, you can contact the Legal Ombudsman and pursuing a complaint with them.
